FINSK offers full refunds excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes when a return/exchange request is made by email to email@example.com within 7 days from the day of receiving the order.
Items should be returned at your cost within 14 days with all the original packaging and in perfect condition.
If an alternative size is required, please contact us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in perfect resale-able condition. For items that are pre-ordered, you will be notified of any waiting time for your exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and insure your parcel as goods that are lost or damaged in transit will not be credited.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of being notified of a returns/exchange request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of FINSK and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Once your credit card has been approved, you will receive an email confirming your order.
- Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of receiving your order.
- For items that are made to order (pre-order), please allow an estimated 6-8 weeks for delivery. Delivery for pre-ordered items is FREE.

Due to the nature of the leather we use, each individual shoe may contain natural imperfections which are part of the characteristic of the material and not a defect.
